Many companies turn to the “humanisation” of their brands in order to become more real and friendly to consumers. Here are tips for a proper “humanization”:

  1. Create a page to recommend yourself to the public:

There is no better way than a page that explains who is behind the brand.

  1. Publish photos of your team: Take advantage of the power of social media and show the human side of your company through team sports, events, etc.
  2. Do not schedule posts on social media: Tools available in social media do save time but make you look distant and fake.
  3. Engage in conversations: Do not use social media just for advertising. Devote time and talk to your followers, ask what they like, what they would like to see, interact with them and show your human side.
  4. Express yourself simply, clearly and with humor: Using a strict and professional dialect makes you look far and inaccessible. You should also reconsider how serious you look in the workplace. Making humour in certain circumstances is good and bring people closer.

6. Be Yourself: Do not look for a perfect way to create a “human” voice for your brand or predict your customer’s behaviors. Stop thinking like a company and think like a person. Behave and talk as a person
