It is 14 times more likely to buy a brand, and 50% more likely to try new products of the same brand<\/span> in relation to new customers.<br \/>\n<span class=\"Apple-style-span\">The cost of attracting new customers is seven times the cost of keeping existing ones.<\/span><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dkmarketing.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pic-news-3.png\" width=\"115\" height=\"115\" \/><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">73% of the existing customers are more likely to recommend the brand to others.
